Senior Management Announcement

On January 5, 2010 Altus announced the appointment of Al Stowkowy P. Eng as President & Chief Operating Officer of Altus Energy Services. Al has an extensive and very successful career in the construction industry spanning over 30 years. He spent over 24 years at Stuart Olsen Construction in various senior management levels, most recently from 2002 to 2009, as President and Chief Operating Officer. While in that role, Al was responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic plan which resulted in revenues increases from $190 Million to just under $600 Million. We look forward to Al bringing his leadership and visionary skills to Altus and becoming a valuable part of the Altus team.

On November 2, 2009 Scott Gerla joined Altus as Chief Financial Officer. Scott is a Chartered Accounted with over 20 years of experience, most recently Scott was VP of Finance and VP of Financial Reporting and Compliance at Inter Pipeline Fund (formerly Koch Pipelines Canada, LP). Scott will be an integral part of the Altus management team, working closely with our accounting staff on all financial reporting and controls as well as risk management issues.

Chris Haslam will resume his role as Chairman of the Board as well as Chief Executive Officer and will continue to be involved in all operations of Altus Energy Services.
