The philosophy of Altus Energy Services is to provide our clients with professionally engineered products and services that are safe, innovative, cost effective and delivered on schedule. We are comitted to the following principles:

Technical Excellence
A commitment to provide technically competent staff who perform their work in an efficient and ethical manner. We develop the technical skills of our personnel to an industry leading level with training, mentoring and effective communications. 

Lessons Learned
Project closeout reviews are considered a key process for the continuous improvement of design methods and procedures. 

Technological Innovation
We are committed to remaining on the leading edge in the use of technology in engineering design development. Methods for improvement of our design development processes and the use of engineering automation for improved scheduling and cost-effectiveness are constantly pursued.
 

Quality Control
 
We believe that the primary goal of an effective Quality Management System is to create a foundation of loyal, satisfied customers by providing superior products and services in an ethical, efficient and timely manner. We are committed to the following principles;

Continuous Improvement
An ongoing initiative to improve the levels of quality and customer satisfaction by always striving to improve quality control methods and procedures. We also perform honest reviews of “lessons learned” as a means of accurately assessing performance.

Key Measures
Performance assessment based on the results of key measures that reflect customer satisfaction and overall corporate performance.

Quality Standards
Establishing industry-leading quality control standards and augmenting those standards with additional measurements specific to each customer’s needs and requirements.

Employee Involvement
Involvement of all employees in the success of the quality system by encouraging participation in our Quality Program and responsibility for quality measures.
